A third common field is the fact that both have been in the bench as technical directors. Diego develops an experience with lasts months at the head of Mandiyú of Corrientes and Rácing of Avellaneda. Alfredo has a wider career at the head of Elche, Boca Juniors, Valencia, Rayo Vallecano, Castellón, River Plate and Real Madrid.
